How will my Smug be delivered?
We ship all orders from Sydney.
What are the delivery times?
It can be hard to wait, I get it. We fulfil the orders quickly and then we are in the hands of delivery gods. It can take 3-5 business days for metro deliveries, or 5-10 for regional. Tracking information will be included in your email so you can keep an eye on that precious cargo.
What if my delivery takes more than 10 days?
Please contact us via support@smugaf.com.au. Unless the products were on pre-order (see below), there may be an issue we will investigate and be in touch with a resolution.
How do I track my package?
You should have received a tracking link in your order confirmation email which you can click to check on progress. It will show an ETA. If you want to chase things up, there is information on there to get in touch with your courier directly. If there’s simply no tracking info, send us an email with your order number and we’ll see what we can do to chase things up on our end.
What are your shipping costs?
Unfortunately, drinks are really heavy and expensive to ship across Australia - go figure. We ask customers to pay a flat-rate fee of $13 to help cover some of the shipping costs. We cover the rest.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently deliver Smug AF anywhere within Australia.

Can I return my order?
I know it can be hard to trust non-alcoholic drinks if you've previously been burned. I think you're going to love it but if you're not happy please get in touch and have a chat.

Something’s missing from my order?
So sorry about that, mistakes happen. If you could please send an email to support@smugaf.com.au including your order number, details about what's missing and we will be in touch.
What happens when I pre-order a product?
A pre-order is a confirmed order for a product that is yet to be launched - you are guaranteeing that you'll be the first to try it. Your product will be shipped as soon as the inventory hits the warehouse. We will keep you updated each week with information about delivery.
How can I try Smug before buying a 4pk?
Keep an eye out for stockists in your area - we will share updates as soon as they become available.
I’ve placed my order, but my shipping and/ or other details are incorrect. How can I correct this?
Please email support@smugaf.com.au immediately with your order number and the correct details and we will try to resolve it before it is dispatched.
Has my order gone through?
Once your order has been placed, you’ll get a confirmation email with details of your order and an order number. If you have been charged for an order but haven’t received a confirmation email, get in touch with us at support@smugaf.com.au just in case you have accidentally added an incorrect email address.
Please ensure you have checked your junk mail folder first.
Can I change my order once it’s been placed?
Unfortunately, we are unable to add items once your order has been placed. If you wish to exchange an item in your order please email your order number, and the details of what you’d like changed, to support@smugaf.com.au and we will try to accommodate your request before your order has been dispatched.
